| Service is documented and provided to you in a document outlining testing results, recommended control parameters, and actions that have been taken to correct any inconsistencies. | 3.
| Regular inspections are conducted and documented. Additional inspections or testing are performed as needed at no charge. | 4.
| Accounts are regularly reviewed with your personnel as often as you wish to schedule. These meetings are used to set objectives and assess projects that are on going. |

What is normal delivery time? |

Normal delivery time is 2 days or less. Rush orders can normally be handled overnight. |
